We just returned yesterday from 8 spectacular days at La Samanna in St Martin. When I booked our rental car I thought I was booking through Kenny's. However, when the car arrived at the hotel it was through Rodael Car Rental. I have to say, we have never had such a pleasant, non-frustrating rental car experience. The car was delivered to us at the hotel and after some very short paperwork our credit card was swiped and we were done. When we checked out of the hotel, the rep had not made it to pick up the car but the hotel told us not to worry. They would handle the return. About thirty minutes later we got a call from the desk that the rep had come, all was well and our receipt was at the front desk. We plan to use this company when we return in September.
